AIU Digital Ecosystem Audit

A unique collection of stories rises from the wide web of AIU systems and their relationships–each with its own theme, history, setting, and cast of characters representing the AIU’s many services to students, school districts, families, and communities. Taken together, these stories compose a living history of our organizational ecosystem.

This project’s aim is to tell these stories through our digital systems, which are the medium and the memory for our work, and to envision a next chapter that:

• Continues to improve the quality AIU services for the students, families, school districts, and communities we serve;

• Connects systems and creates cross-functional teams that can share information resources and best practices;

• Celebrates and shares insights from successes that are already part of the digital ecosystem’s story.

This Data Ecosystem Audit comes from AIU Strategic Plan (2021-2026) goal 6.1.1: “Conduct a data ecosystem audit of critical applications, data management & reporting tools, and internal information warehousing sites, and propose recommendations for improvement.”
